Capital Direct - Direct capital did not pay the vendors invoice

We have signed a lease agreement with Direct Capital and few weeks later the equipment arrived to our facilities. We have then signed the release that the equipment is functioning properly, yet Direct Capital has not released the check to the vendor, was not contacting the vendor, did not return our calls for two weeks.
This is when we gave up.
They are ruining our credit and credibility. The employees of Direct Capital are deceptive and unreliable. Do not work with this company! They are complete flakes!
Unprofessional company, unprofessional employees. Watch out as they are very deceptive with their financing rates as well.
