Horrible customer service.We were told by Nicholas that mortgage will be approved on or about August 3rd, have the agreement signed as well.
He went off on vacation and was left with Jessica who is quite incompetent in responding to any messages or giving any information. They have no system to check the status or let the client know when the funds would be released. A supervisor called Ashley was extremely rude. They charge enormous interest and processing fees and think are obliging customers by lending money.
They do not keep up to their commitments and compel the client to stick with them.Complete rip off beware of their pathetic ways of operating
